Getting set up with Globelink was a breeze. Everything is spelled out on the website, and they're quick to answer any questions that come up. They also go over everything before the contract is signed. Installation was completed in about 2 1/2 hours, and I'm almost certain the tech worked past his normal quitting time just to ensure everything was finished in one visit. Based on reviews from their longer-term customers, we should be very pleased going forward. Two things to keep in mind: (a) Check with your city government ahead of time see if you need a permit. Oklahoma City, for one, requires a permit. (b) Their 36-month main packages are set up for homeowners only. Renters pay an activation fee and go month to month. My wife and I recently build a new house and while searching around for security companies, Globelink was recommended. The tech that came out to hook everything up was very informative and speedy. He installed a secondary keypad in our Master bedroom and did so without ANY visible blemishes (it looks like it's always been there). They were also very easy to work with when I told them we do not use a land-line and were prompt to suggest a GSM system and installed that. There was an issue with the initial GSM system, but the tech informed me of the issue immediately and stated that a new one would be brought out the following day (and it was). I would highly recommend using GSS to anyone. ~ Eric D

I am soooo happy I chose to go with Globelink. Finding a security company was a nightmare until I found Globelink's information. Other companies hounded me and wanted to set up a time for a rep to come out... I had trouble getting prices from many companies unless I was willing to set up appointments. However, when I called Globlink, they were friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I might have had. They were quick and efficient with getting my alarm system up and running. Luckily we have not had any intruders, but the couple times myself or family members have accidentally set off the alarm, Globelink has called right away and checked on the alarm going off. On top of great service, you can't beat the price. I shopped around and Globelink is definitely the best value for such wonderful service. ~ Sarah C

Have been using Globelink for a few years now and love them. The price point is great and I'll add the service is phenomenal. By that I mean response times for tripped alarms. Occasionally someone in my house will forget to deactivate the alarm before opening the back door to let the dogs outside, so the alarm will be set off and almost immediately I get a phone call from GSS asking if everything is okay. I've used other big name companies in the past and did not experience the same level of swiftness. To me, this is one of the most important aspects of a monitored alarm company, in a real situation every second counts. I have recommended them to others and even got my parents setup with them when they moved into their service area about a year ago. Easy enough for my retired parents to use! I’ve had a pretty good experience with GSS so far. I put in for an inquiry for my security system in the morning and Bill got ahold of me later in the day, which was awesome. Since my house already had a system installed (all we really needed was monitoring), Bill was pretty honest in recommending what he thought we needed and did not try to nickel and dime us into buying a more expensive plan. He was able to send out Derrick within a couple of days and Derrick was awesome as well. There was a part in our system that he couldn’t get into (had to order a part that they didn’t have in stock at the time but promised that he would come in the next day to do everything). He came back the next day and was able to get everything straightened out, all within an hour. Derrick even answered my bajillion questions afterwards too. I moved in December and was looking for a home security system. I did a lot of online research for pricing and length of contract required. I noticed the van driving around with GSS and the inexpensive price of $12.99/month advertised on the side. I thought it was worth a call to investigate. The salesperson was very helpful, gave me the best deal on pricing and length of contract and answered all my questions. The installer was very professional and we were able to use the existing system that came with the house even though it was installed in 1986! I have been very pleased with the company and staff and recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system. ~ Dana C

I recently got a new security system installed at my home and Globelink definitely offered the best deal I could find. I shopped around quite a bit and no other place beat their prices, specially because they had a really good deal going for the month of November. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. Bill was very helpful and did a good job answering all my questions without overwhelming me with information. He was also able to squeeze my install on a day that was convenient for me, which was phenomenal. The installer did a super job as well. As over zealous first time parents in 1997 we were worried about people breaking into the house and stealing our Diaper Genie, medical bills and piles of stuffed animal. We were referred to Globelink Security and have been very happy with the services they provide ever since. Over the years we have chilled and added more kids, but have continued to be very happy with the service and consistency of Globelink. They have helped when we moved to new homes and added features to keep kids in as well as the bad guys and occasional girlfriend out. Great experience. Installation tech configured my new system exactly like my old one. He made sure I was happy before leaving and made himself available if I had any future questions. Review of monitoring so far is just as positive. Over the weekend I had a sensor stop communicating probably because of location (inside metal building not attached to house) and distance. The app alerted me instantly. As I was checking the alert the monitoring center called me. That quick response is appreciate. Operator was friendly and helpful. Well done GSS Thank you! Alarm systems are like insurance...you think you don't need it till you REALLY need it. My fire/smoke alarm activated at 1:30 in the morning while sleeping, My initial thought was false alarm from the recent storms and electrical power surge. On further investigation...my office small fridge condenser had frozen up and when the power came back on, it overheated with very heavy acrid smoke. If the alarm had not activated, it would have surely resulted in a full-blown house fire and possible harm to my family. Thank you GSS. Bill, the owner, was very thorough in explaining all the details of each type of package and answering all my questions and even followed up after the install to ensure everything went well and if I had anymore questions! We just recently had our system installed and we are really impressed so far. It is far better than what we had expected at such a great price. I am very satisfied with the installation, the setting up the system on my cellphone, and the placement of everything. I have slept like a baby from that night on. My grandson accidentally forgot the alarm was set and triggered it to go off and the security team contacted me within seconds to make sure everything was alright, but they didn't take my work for it I had to provide my safe word. I can check on my home when I'm away from it or even check my camera's on my phone from my bed. Totally worth the investment for peace of mind. ~ Jodi H

We reached out to Bill after purchasing our new home. He was quick to respond and very helpful. They were able to use the existing system. His associate Jason came by to set everything up and noticed a battery was low. He even ran to the store to grab a replacement. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but Bill ordered and delivered a new battery within days! Great and friendly customer service. We love GSS. We were with another carrier and when our alarm went off they didn't respond for over 3 min..their prices were very high too. We saw Bill on TV one morning and I called and started service with them. Everyone has been so nice and when our alarm went off they called the minute the alarm went off, I didn't even have time to go and shut the alarm off They were so concerned and stayed on the phone with us until all was clear. We recently moved across town and switched our home alarm system monitoring company to GSS. They were quick to get us on their schedule and get our system up and running. As we were testing it out to make sure we understood how it worked, we triggered it and almost immediately got a call from them, making sure everything was okay. What I love most about Global Link is the local staff available to help anytime with anything.
